  We appreciate the hard work realtors go through to help find their clients their dream home and we are happy to offer full commissions to any realtor who registers their client at their first visit to our show home. 

Commissions are payable, in full, after closing date and are based on the sale price, net of GST (Not including changes or extras). Real estate commissions are based off the industry standard of 3.5% on the first 100k and 1.5% on the balance of sale price (Not including changes or extras).

 You must be actively licensed with CREB/RECA/AREA in order to qualify for your commissions.

BONUS! Once you have registered for the Realtor Partner Program, you are eligible to receive a $2000.00 bonus commission every time you sell a new home within 1 year of your previous sale!
