In 2018, Hafiza Homes began master planning the future of real estate. Investing in a multitude of premium real estate and collaborating with some of the industries best as we brought new subdivisions online opening our 2 newest show homes.
In 2021, Hafiza Homes successfully rezoned prime real estate and was issued land use approval for M1 zoning in the community core of West Springs Calgary allowing for multiple multi-family residential buildings up to 4 stories.
With Calgary projected for major future growth and the completion of the ring road, Hafiza Homes plans to continue to grow capturing more market share while sharing our love of constructing luxury products with our brand of exquisite custom homes.
