Yes, upon scheduling through your client relations representative, we can arrange visits to ongoing construction sites to showcase our craftsmanship and explain to you in detail at each stage of the build so you have a good understanding of what is going into your home. Please note: Site visits must be conducted only at certain stages to ensure there is safety precautions in place for our visitors.
As a custom home builder, changes are VERY common. Our team will work with you to accommodate any changes or upgrades through a structured change order process. This can then be thoroughly reviewed together with your client relations representative to ensure you are comfortable and understand the changes before signing off. All Change orders must be signed, dated and paid in full before any work will take place to help facilitate the process and avoid any mishaps.
We accept various payment methods and our team can discuss flexible payment schedules tailored to your needs. Our most common form of payment is Certified cheque simply based on the high value of the transactions - this ensure a safe and fast delivery method for both our clients and the builder. we also accept E-transfer for convenience but most E-transfers have a transfer limit set by your financial institution.
