1. What sets your luxury building company apart from the rest?

Our company emphasizes on personalized designs, eco-friendly construction practices, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Our client - builder relationship is of the upmost importance to us as we value each project equally. Communication is a key part of handling our clients requests throughout the entire process. From planning, construction and even after occupancy handover which we refer to as sustainability. We are always available to handle any request at any time. Our client testimonials speak for themselves, but we don't call them clients - we call them our dear friends and thank them for trusting us with what is usually their biggest and most important investment - their family home.

2. How long does the homebuilding process take?

The timeline varies based on the size and complexity of the project. Generally, it ranges from 6 to 12 months for a single family home of about 3000 sq.ft (above grade) and including a fully developed basement.

Homes ranging from 2 - 10 million dollars typically take 1-2 years to complete. This allows for sufficient time for our trades to handle the intricate details and immense volume of work found in these types of projects.

Yes, we offer a full range of customization through our internal architectural design team to tailor your home to your preferences and lifestyle. No design elements are unobtainable at Hafiza Homes. We are here to help you create your vision of your ultimate dream home. From elevators to secrete passage ways, modern architecture to classical or traditional design, smart home to full automation - we have done it all!

4. What warranty do you offer on your homes?

We provide comprehensive warranty covering structural elements and specific components of the home. Every new home we build is backed by the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.

2 YEAR - Mechanical

5 YEAR - Building Envelope

10 YEAR - Structural

5. Do you assist with obtaining permits and approvals?

Yes, our team navigates the entire permit and approval process to ensure compliance with all local regulations so you don't have to worry. Our team has years of experience managing the city files to ensure your home is fully compliant at each inspection.

6. How do I get started with building my home?

Contact our team to schedule a consultation. We’ll discuss your vision, budget, and the initial steps of the building process.

7. What types of homes do you specialize in constructing?

We specialize in all building types including complete custom homes, single-family, townhomes, infills, multi-family low-rise and high-rise and renovations. We have also adapted to new the standards of building which include high energy efficiency, eco-friendly and now renewable energy dwellings.

8. Can I visit ongoing construction sites to see your work?

Yes, upon scheduling through your client relations representative, we can arrange visits to ongoing construction sites to showcase our craftsmanship and explain to you in detail at each stage of the build so you have a good understanding of what is going into your home. Please note: Site visits must be conducted only at certain stages to ensure there is safety precautions in place for our visitors.

9. How do I handle changes or upgrades during the building process?

As a custom home builder, changes are VERY common. Our team will work with you to accommodate any changes or upgrades through a structured change order process. This can then be thoroughly reviewed together with your client relations representative to ensure you are comfortable and understand the changes before signing off. All Change orders must be signed, dated and paid in full before any work will take place to help facilitate the process and avoid any mishaps.

10. What payment options do you accept?

We accept various payment methods and our team can discuss flexible payment schedules tailored to your needs. Our most common form of payment is Certified cheque simply based on the high value of the transactions - this ensure a safe and fast delivery method for both our clients and the builder. we also accept E-transfer for convenience but most E-transfers have a transfer limit set by your financial institution.
