          We happened to stumble upon Hafiza Homes by chance and feel deeply grateful for this luck every single day. When we initially viewed the house, it was the layout that struck us most. Even though we had viewed hundreds of houses in our buyer’s journey, we had never seen a home with such abundant light, spacious ceilings, and efficient use and flow of space. 

         Throughout negotiations, Sid and colleagues from Hafiza Homes were sincere, transparent, responsive, and – perhaps most uniquely – kind. While our home was being completed, we met numerous contractors and it became clear that the entire Hafiza Homes community maintains a high degree of mutual respect and commitment to excellence.

       We came in with a very tight timeline, which Sid was willing to work with. Instead of taking four months to complete the rest of the house, the Hafiza Homes community managed to complete our home in two months without compromising on quality whatsoever. Truly, it is a miracle that they made our deadline! 

        Because of our deadline, however, we could not participate in the design process as much as most other customers. This simply meant we had to roll with the selections that had already been made and we have to admit – we were quite nervous! But, when we first saw our completed home, it was everything we had ever dreamed of and more: we were utterly astonished by the attention to detail, quality of materials, and spectacular finishing.
