STEP 2
Here you will meet with the interior design team to select all the finishing materials. Our design studio displays the latest trends and the most stunning materials sourced from across the globe and access to all of our suppliers inventory. Creativity comes to life as you combine all the selections such as hardwood, tile and carpet, choose all your plumbing and lighting fixtures and custom design your dream kitchen and bathroom vanities. CONSTRUCTION
STEP 3
And last, your vision takes form. We will submit a detailed timeline to build your home and send out monthly reports as construction is carried out. Site visits will be scheduled were you can tour your project safely while accompanied by your builder representative and interior designer to ensure things progress smoothly.
POSSESSION
Move IN DATE!
Once construction is complete, we will schedule your final walk-through of your home. At this time we will explain the inner workings and all the details and hand over the keys to your brand new dream home!
